Burgess recruitment is urgently seeking an experienced Bosun for a 50m M/Y.
The ideal candidate is a hands-on experienced Bosun working towards their OOW.
Requirements + Responsibilities
· Yacht Master Offshore certification
· Minimum 2/3 seasons’ experience as Bosun
· Strong tender driving and towing operations skills
· Confident in the overall running of the deck department
· Oversee all deck operations, including tender driving, and guest services
· Great organisation skills
· Strong leadership and communication skills
· Proactive mindset
Start date: ASAP
Location: SoF
Salary: EUR 4500
Leave: 40 days
Program & Itinerary- Private vessel, single season
