Bosun in Spain

Summary

Experienced Bosun required immediately for 75m+ private motor yacht. 

Single season cruising,Mediterranean based. 

British Captain and multinational crew who have a good camaraderie and dynamic. 

Qualifications and certificates required as minimum: Yacht Master Offshore, STCW, ENG1, PDSD.

Responsible for leading a team of 4 deck crew, anchoring, tender driving, owner set up etc

Start: Immediate

Port of embarkation:Barcelona, Spain 

Salary: Paid in USD $4,750 

Leave: 38 days per year 

Annual discretionary bonus

SEA contract

Full Medical

Flight allowance of $1,500 per year after 1 year of employment

Training fund of $2,500 after 1 year of employment 

Access to onboard gym 

Please note that this is a dry boat and operates with a zero policy towards drugs and alcohol.

Essential Qualifications

Entry Level Qualifications (or equivalent)

• STCW 95 (STCW 2010)
