Summary
An experienced male crew Chef is required immediately for a full time position for a private 80m motor yacht. Single season cruising, Mediterranean based
Cooking for 23 crew on a daily basis and providing varied and nutritious meals
Salary is USD $5,500 per month with a review after a successful 3 month probationary period
38 days leave with option to take further unpaid leave subject to the cruising program.
Multinational crew who have a very good camaraderie and working dynamic.
The ideal candidate will have the following;
Ships cook certificate but will consider candidates with food hygiene level 3 certificate as absolute minimum.
Have a very good command of English language
Must have previous yacht experience and comfortable cooking for 20+ per day lunch and dinner.
Driving license preferred but not essential
All STCW certificates in date
Valid ENG 1/Seafarers Medical certificate
Be a genuine team player and accommodate for any dietary requirements.
Have excellent and verifiable references.
