Summary
We are seeking an experienced and motivated crew chef for 78m private/charter MY. You will be responsible for prepearing healthy, balanced and varied meals for crew of 25, working closely with the Head Chef and Sous Chef. The ideal candidate is organised, creative and passionate about cooking with excelent time management and the abillity to adapt to diatery restrictions and crew preferences. Maintaining a clean higienic and well organised gally in line with HACCP standards is a must. Prepearing daily breakfast, lunch and dinner for crew of 25 and plan and rotate menus, considering crew feedback will be one of the main tasks, but also assisting guest food prep at busy charter periods. Min 2-5 years of experience as a Crew Chef on a 60+m yacht or similar land based role. Fluent in English, spoken and written. All documents up to date.
