Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled temporary Charter Chef for a 78m luxury motor yacht with proven experience as Head Chef on yachts 50m+ and strong knowledge of international cuisines. The ideal candidate will have a background in high-end cuisine, the ability to adapt to a variety of ultra-high-net-worth guest preferences and the stamina to deliver exceptional culinary experiences under preassure. Your key responsibilities will be to design and execute diverse, high-end menus tailored to guests' dietary requirements and preferences, prepare and present all meals for guests, provisioning and stock managment in collaboration with with sous chef, maintain impecable cleanliness and hygiene standards in the galley at all times, ensure compliance with food safety standards (HACCP) and maritime health regulations, ability to adapt quickly to changing schedules or requests from guests or the captain, constant communication with interior team to plan and deliver outstanding dining experiences, culinary training from a recognized institution (Michelin background) is a plus. Posibility for future temporary positions based on performance. Fluent English speaker.
