We are seeking an experienced and self-motivated Sole Stewardess for a 42m private motor yacht based in Fort Lauderdale. This is a quiet, low-activity program with a local owner who regularly visits the vessel, though the yacht rarely leaves the dock.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain the interior to a consistently high standard and in guest-ready condition
- Weekly provisioning and general housekeeping duties
- Ensure the yacht is clean, organized, and welcoming for spontaneous owner visits
- Manage time efficiently and work independently with minimal guidance
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of yachting experience in a permanent stewardess role (daywork not considered)
- Strong self-initiative and the ability to create and maintain your own routine
- Currently located in South Florida and available for immediate start
- Professional, discreet, and adaptable to a casual yet refined onboard environment
