Technical Administrator – Superyacht New Build Project
We are seeking a highly organised and technically minded Technical Administrator to support the back-office operations of a major superyacht new build project. This is an excellent opportunity for a junior engineer or recent graduate to gain hands-on experience in a construction environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative and coordination support to the Owner’s Representative and project team.
- Act as a liaison between departments, ensuring smooth communication and document flow.
- Take accurate minutes during technical and project meetings.
- Maintain and manage project documentation, schedules, and reports.
- Assist with tracking project milestones and deliverables.
- Support the technical team with document control and general project administration.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Some technical knowledge or background in engineering, marine, or construction sectors.
- Strong organisational skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent communication skills in English. Knowledge of Turkish language a plus.
- Ability to understand the scope of technical work and contribute to project coordination.
- A proactive and adaptable approach to working in a fast-paced environment.
