We are currently seeking a Sole Chef for a 41m private sailing yacht for a 2-months temporary position, starting 6th June.
The current chef will be onboard to assist with provisioning, galley handover, and guest preferences, ensuring a smooth transition.
Role Expectations:
- Prepare family-style meals; this is not a fine dining environment
- Simple, Mediterranean-style dishes with an emphasis on fresh fish and seasonal ingredients
- Ability to manage provisioning, work independently, and deliver meals on time
- No dietary restrictions or allergies, but some specific dislikes (details available during handover)
- Proven track record and professional culinary training preferred, based on past success in the role
Guests will embark on 18th June. This is a great opportunity for a chef who thrives in a relaxed but professional setting with a focus on quality and timing. Needs to speak English and based in Palma or in the EU.
