We are seeking a professional and guest-focused Captain for a 12m Fountaine Pajot (Lipari 41) catamaran operating private weekly charters in the beautiful Eastern Mediterranean, primarily based in Bodrum, Turkey.

???? Ideal Candidate:
We’re looking for someone who is:
- Responsible, calm under pressure, and solution-oriented
- Professional in appearance, yet warm and approachable with guests
- Comfortable assisting with social media moments (a plus, not a must)
- Fluent in Turkish or English
✅ Minimum Requirements:
- STCW
- ENG1
- RYA Yachtmaster Coastal/Offshore (minimum YM200)
- Proven charter or guest-service experience preferred
Note: No full-time stewardess onboard at this stage. A freelance hostess may occasionally be engaged depending on charter needs.
