x2 Sous Chefs wanted for private house in New Jersey
Chefs should be located in or around New Jersey or New York.
Start June 16th to 2nd July
Assisting the head chef with food preparation of light, healthy, Mediterranean, Mexican, and American cuisine for 10 guests. Meals will be protein focused.
Breakfast, lunch and dinner to be prepared.
Other tasks for the sous chefs will include plating, bussing food from the kitchen to the dining room, dishwashing, and providing general chef support.
Barista experience would be an advantage.
Accommodation can be supplied at the house for one sous chef. The other sous chef should reside locally and have their own accommodation, as the property is located in Somerset, NJ.
The chefs should be hardworking, willing to take orders, prepared to work long days and be a team player.
Rate is $500 USD per day
