We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Chief Stewardess to join a 46m private yacht cruising the Western Mediterranean. The ideal candidate will lead by example, confidently train junior crew, and foster a cohesive, high-performing interior team that consistently meets the expectations of both owners and guests.
Fluency in German would be a strong advantage.
