Summary

We are seeking a strong, mature, and motivated 2nd Stewardess to join a dynamic team aboard a busy 60m private/charter yacht. This is an incredible opportunity for someone who is hungry to grow, thrives under responsibility, and is ready to step into a senior interior role with support and mentorship from an experienced Chief Stewardess.

This is not just a job - it’s a leadership track.

You’ll be the right hand to the Chief Stewardess, entrusted with daily team leadership, guest preparation and service, junior crew mentorship, and stepping up when needed - including covering the Chief's leave. We’re building a proactive and inspired interior team to meet the high standards of a newly revitalized charter program, and we’re looking for someone who wants to be part of that vision. Interested candidates must be ready to hit the ground running on a busy vessel - including lot's of charters!

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

  • 1+ years’ experience as 2nd Stewardess or a solid senior role on vessels 50m+
  • Previous charter experience - ready for back to back action
  • Strong foundation in multiple styles of service, including silver service, table settings, detailing, and guest-facing experience
  • Comfortable leading service
  • A calm, confident presence with mentorship skills to support junior stews
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • A passion for guest experience and theme night execution
  • Ability to take direction and work without micromanagement
  • A naturally positive and professional attitude
  • Bonus: Yoga instructor and/or massage therapy certification highly desired

What We Offer:

  • Supportive leadership and clear structure for advancement
  • The chance to be part of a revamped interior team and profitable charter program
  • Guidance and space to grow into a management role
  • Strong, vibrant, welcoming crew culture (think beach days, watersports, hiking, and team bonding)
  • Social media presence – we welcome interest in photography and guest-facing content
  • Salary DOE | 35 days annual leave (accrued) | Standard MLC package

Our current itinerary is: heading to Alaska for an exciting summer as we have charters booked. Following, we will be headed back down south to warmer weather for the winter season - itinerary TBD.

If you're ready to elevate your career and thrive in a high-standard charter program, we’d love to hear from you. Please submit your CV with a brief cover letter outlining your leadership experience, passion for the perfection of yachting, and any relevant wellness certifications.
