Summary

We are seeking a confident, experienced, and wellness-focused Chief Stewardess to join our 60m motor yacht for an adventurous and rewarding itinerary in Alaska. The ideal candidate is someone who brings both strong leadership in the interior department and a skill in health and well-being—(yoga instructor or masseuse).

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience as a Chief Stewardess preferably with experience on yachts 50m+
  • Proven leadership with the ability to train and guide junior stews
  • Strong background in service, detailing, housekeeping, and fine dining table settings
  • Creative flair for theme nights, guest events, and cocktail presentation
  • Certified yoga instructor (RYT 200+) or qualified massage therapist
  • Experience with wellness programming, spa treatments, or fitness sessions is a big plus
  • Comfortable with social media and content creation, or a willingness to collaborate with the yacht’s marketing team

Itinerary:

We are currently preparing for a stunning Alaskan cruising season, filled with adventure, nature, and guest experiences both on and off the water. Experience in remote locations or with expedition-style yachting is an advantage.

Package Includes:

  • Salary: DOE (discussed during interview)
  • 35 days annual leave, accrued
  • Private and charter usage
  • Fun, social crew who enjoy hiking, diving, and beach BBQs
  • Onboard team with a strong digital and social media presence

If you meet the above requirements and are eager to bring both professionalism and positive energy to the team, we’d love to hear from you.
