Summary
Reiya Group is seeking a skilled and professional Chief Stewardess to join a busy 50m+ charter yacht based in the Mediterranean. This is a seasonal role, commencing ASAP and running through to mid-September.
With back-to-back charters confirmed for the summer, we are only considering candidates with a minimum of 3 seasons’ experience in the Chief Stew role on busy, high-demand programmes. A solid charter background is essential.
You will be responsible for leading an interior team of four, maintaining the highest standards of service, and ensuring a seamless guest experience throughout the season. Strong leadership, attention to detail, and the ability to perform under pressure are key to success in this role.
