Summary
We are looking for a talented and experienced Sous Chef / Crew Chef to join a 50m+ private/charter yacht with a world cruising itinerary. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a busy dual-season program with a strong emphasis on high standards and crew wellbeing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Preparing daily meals for up to 15 crew members with a focus on variety, nutrition, and quality
- Supporting the Head Chef with guest service as required
- Maintaining a clean, organised, and hygienic galley environment at all times
- Contributing to provisioning, inventory management, and galley planning
- Adapting to different cuisines and dietary requirements
- Working efficiently in a fast-paced, professional environment
Requirements:
- Previous yachting experience in a similar role on vessels 50m+ or a strong background in Michelin-starred kitchens
- Passion for delivering fresh, flavourful, and well-balanced meals
- Ability to work independently and alongside a Head Chef
- Strong understanding of galley hygiene and safety standards
