Summary
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Sous Chef to join a 50m private support vessel. This is a unique opportunity to work closely with the Chef onboard the mothership while also catering to occasional guests on the support vessel. We are looking for a female due to cabin arrangements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting the Head Chef in daily food preparation for crew and guests across both vessels
- Managing galley operations onboard the support vessel when guests are present (4 guest cabins)
- Ensuring high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and organisation in the galley at all times
- Collaborating on menu planning and provisioning
- Adapting to a variety of dietary requirements and culinary preferences
- Working effectively as part of a cohesive, multi-vessel team
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Sous/Crew Chef on similar-sized yachts or high-end hospitality environments
- Strong culinary skills with a flexible and creative approach
- Excellent understanding of food safety and galley hygiene protocols
- Confident working independently and as part of a wider team
