Job Description
A world-cruising 90m private yacht (with occasional light charter) is seeking a Lead Housekeeper to join our interior team. This role is integral in supporting the current Head of House and stepping in during her rotation. We are looking for a hands-on, detail-oriented all-rounder who can lead by example and uphold the vessel’s exceptional standards.
You’ll be joining a tight-knit, professional crew with long-standing, respectful owners who value a positive onboard culture and high-end service.
Key Responsibilities
- Overseeing daily housekeeping operations and supporting Head of House
- Creating and managing daily work lists
- Wardrobe management and organization
- Inventory tracking and procurement
- Managing defects list and assisting with shipyard planning
- Chemical store upkeep and safety compliance
- Implementing and maintaining SOPs
- Floral arrangements and care
- Coordinating provisions and stock control
