About the Vessel
This exceptional 90m private yacht, with occasional light charter use, is seeking an experienced and versatile Chief Stewardess to join a tight-knit and professional crew.
The vessel is world-cruising with active, respectful owners and a highly refined onboard environment.
The position offers a unique opportunity to work closely with a supportive team and contribute to maintaining an interior of the highest standard.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- B1/B2 Visa in hand
- All certificates valid for at least the next 12 months
- Valid passport and any necessary visas for the upcoming year
- Minimum 2 years in a similar Chief Stew or leadership role
- Strong knowledge of wine (WSET Level 1 & 2)
- Cocktail and mixology skills
- Cigar service and humidor maintenance experience
- Barista training
- Confident in floral arrangements and tablescaping
- Driver’s license
Key Responsibilities
- Lead all aspects of the interior department
- Oversee interior logistics and planning (including a 65m shadow vessel)
- Plan and manage leave calendars for the interior team
- Service-focused leadership with strong presence during guest trips
- Plan and coordinate yacht yard/refit/warranty periods
- Work closely with the yacht’s designers and art team
- Maintain and manage interior accounts and provisioning
- Ensure preference sheets are up to date
- Hands-on with tablescaping, flower arranging, and cocktail/bar setup
- Create daily work lists and support the team across all interior areas
- Deliver exceptional guest service with a high attention to detail
