Summary
We have a 87m Private/Charter Motor Yacht looking for an experienced Sous Chef to join their programme ASAP.
- Prestigious Northern European built yacht with a well equipped galley.
- We are looking for someone with a solid restaurant background, who has some experience in yachting. If you have baking/pastry skills - this is a massive bonus!
- Great crew dynamic onboard with experience Captains running the vessel from the top down.
- You will be responsible for cooking for 28 crew as well as assisting a lovely Head Chef in creating well-presented and high-quality cuisine for guests with high standards and expectations.
- The crew have various dietary requirements including several gluten free/lactose free; ideally, we need someone that can cater for varied tastes and is good at making varied and healthy food.
- Male only please due to cabin arrangements.
- Great longevity onboard, crew gym and social days!
- You will need to hold your Ships Cook Certificate.
- On offer is a salary up to €6,000 DOE + 90 Days Leave.
