- Candidates will have strong Stew/2nd Stew experience under their belt and be able to hit the ground running! Boss will be on in a few weeks!
- Owners that will come on once a year and the rest of the time it will be open to charter
- Start ASAP in the US - B1 is essential! Heading to the Med for summer
- Would love a 2nd that has good experience with table scaping, cocktails etc, all the wow factor stuff!
