Summary

We are seeking a skilled Lead Deckhand to join our team aboard a 110m+ Private Motor Yacht based in Germany, with a cruising itinerary in the Mediterranean Sea.

In this permanent position, you will assist the Bosun in managing the Deck Department, ensuring smooth operations and maintenance of the vessel.

Your responsibilities will include guest tender operations, particularly with twin screw and twin prop vessels, and you may also have opportunities to work on smaller vessels within the fleet.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of relevant experience and hold or be working towards OS/AB certification.

Strong teamwork and communication skills are essential, as is a commitment to maintaining a positive crew culture.

A training allowance will be provided after six months of employment, and a leave schedule of 3:1 ensures a balanced work-life dynamic. The position offers a competitive monthly salary of EUR 4,500.
