Must have all necessary visa & culinary certificates on hand and valid
Chef: Well knowledge in galley/kitchen operation with a good sense of organization.
Must be confident in cooking independently for 23 crew during busy guest trips for fit & healthy crew.
HC & SC taking care of guest food.
Deck: Helping on deck during off trips and turn overs. (no deck certification needed, ideal for someone willing to gain deck experience)
