Position: CAPTAIN with solid engineering skills - US flagged - Single or in TEAM
Must be legal to work in the US. Citizen, Green card, US work permit.
Could be for winter season - mainly Bahamas base and cruising. If it is a good fit for both, could continue onto New York for the summer season cruising up north.
Owner loves fishing, family loves surfing, water sports.

- Passport - US / green card holder
- Covid vaccination
- Experience cruising in S. Florida, East Coast, NE

Job Specifics: Family vessel with experienced owner, having previously owned several sailboats. Two sons who will come and go. Relaxed program. 2 dogs. loves fishing, surfing, water sports. Can hire additional crew as needed.
Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Manage vessel
- Ensure safety and security of passengers and vessel
- Organize and plan trip itineraries
- Provision and equip vessel prior to all trips
- Carry out routine checks of vessel
- Carry out maintenance and repairs to vessel
- Interact with guests
Salary range: Within yachting salary guidelines depending on experience
Package: Medical coverage, flights to and from the vessel, paid leave, etc. to be finalized during interview process.
