Summary
We are looking for a deckhand, we are a private vessel and the owners are on board a lot of the time but fairly relaxed environment.
Tender driving experience is essential for this position, (chase boat and limos) with both jet and stern drives.
The vessel will be on a world wide itinerary, completing a circumnavigation of the globe over the next 3 years. The vessel has completed a polar trip and there maybe more in the future.
- You must have experience on yachts of 60 meters
- Position: Deckhand (Male only due to cabin arrangements)
- Start Date: 16.12.25
- Joining: Bahamas, Nassau
- Salary: 3,500 EUROS PCM (13th Month Discretionary Bonus) - Salaries will increase each year based on performance and the owners are keen for longevity
- Rotation: 3 Months on 1 Month off
- Itinerary: Worldwide / Caribbean, South America, Panama, Pacific, Asia and beyond
- Other Info: Fully ISM Vessel / Total Crew 12 / Deck team 3 (Bosun, Lead Deckhand & Deckhand)
- Experience: Expedition yacht or commercial vessels off the beaten track areas.
- Certificate: PLB2 + Yacht rating as a minimum.
- We are looking for someone polite, well mannered and able to adapt to differing situations. There is a tight team on board and a good relationship with all the crew is a must.
