Summary
We are currently seeking an experienced Italian Chef to join a 60-meter World Explorer Yacht sailing worldwide under Cayman Flag.
The yacht accommodates a crew of 12 and welcomes a maximum of 6 to 7 guests. However, the vessel is usually just with the owner x2. The Chef will be responsible for preparing three meals per day for the crew, as well as delivering high-quality cuisine for the owners and guests, with a strong focus on Italian dishes
This position will begin with a one-month trial period, after which the role will become rotational, subject to successful performance. The ideal candidate must be Italian, fluent in Italian and English, well-organized, flexible, and able to work independently. Previous yachting experience is preferred ( 50 to 65m )
The offered salary is €8,000 per month, with an end-of-year bonus provided.
