Summary

We're looking for a Bosun to join a 55m+ sail yacht. Male candidates only due to cabin arrangements. Salary in USD.

The Bosun needs to be very capable and accomplished in all areas. In addition to all the usual maintenance items the vessel runs a mini-ISM system, IDEA vessel maintenance program and is managed to a high standard.

Minimum qualification of Yachtmaster Offshore and working towards OOW. PADI DiveMaster or Instructor would be highly desirable. A B1/B2 visa is required. Computer literacy is a prerequisite.

Candidates must be strong sailors with a min. of 2 years of experience onboard a large sailing yacht.

Guest trips are often dive orientated, so time can be split with jet tender driving, diving itself.

Owners are energetic, engaging and personable, therefore crew that can match this are essential.
