Seeking a Temporary (possibility to go permanent) Head Chef to join a 80M Yacht
Start Date: +- 20 May 2024 – end Sept.
Salary: TBC
Location: France – Extensive Med Sumer cruising both Easter and Western Med
Responsibilities:
Oversee all aspects of the yacht\'s culinary operations, ensuring high standards of quality catering to a large family who have owned yachts for a long time.
Manage the provisioning, budgeting, and inventory of the galley.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Head Chef on a yacht, preferably on vessels of 55m Plus
Strong organizational and leadership skills.
Ability to adapt to various dietary requirements and preferences.
This is a demanding position with a family who know what they want but are fairly predictable. Well established Chief Stewardess who will be able to assist with preferences and processes for the season.
