Seeking a Bosun to join an adventurous private and charter yacht.

We are looking to find someone that is motivated to lead by example.

Lots of Sea time for those seeking sea time towards OOW.

Deck team consists of Chief Officer, Bosun & Deckhand. + Second Eng on trips.

This summer will be spent in Alaska and Canada with four charters booked so far.

Winter - Sea of Cortez Mexico, Costa Rica and maybe Galapagos!

Busy program with lots of movements, guest use and charter use. Seeking someone who is career driven.

You will be the main chase boat driver, strong experience with large tenders necessary - 37ft Intrepid with three outboards.

Yachtmaster minimum

Rescue Diver or Higher greatly beneficial

Keen Fisherman greatly beneficial

American owners

Discretionary 13th Month Bonus and training package in place.

B1/B2 visa mandatory

Standard MLC contract and leave package - 38 days
