Summary
Job Description: We are currently seeking an experienced Sous Chef to join a busy 55m charter/private M/Y.
The ideal candidate would be culinary trained with some previous restaurant and yachting experience. Someone strong in pastry and dessert making would be a huge bonus.
This role requires strong communication skills and excellent team work, as you will be working closely with the head chef and assisting with all planning and preparation of guest food, as well as cooking for crew.
This is a busy yacht with both private and charter usage throughout the Med and US, with this summer cruising in France and Italy.
