Summary

We are looking for a strong bosun Who has experience on large deck team. Some one who can lead by example and understands how to paint, manage a team, general deck maintenance and deck operations. A Great tender driver is essential and must be close to his OOW. Candidates who have there OOW will gain preference. The boat is big on training and is happy to help you work towards your OOW and pass your oral. Boat does multiple charters through the year and cruises the bahamas and Carribean predominantly and is based in florida. Amazing owners who dont use the boat often. Great crew dynamics and looking for some one whos willing to recieve instruction, work hard and be a team player.
