Summary

•60m Single Season Private/Charter yacht are looking for a Bosun to join them ASAP

•This is a good opportunity for a someone looking to step up from a senior or lead deckhand position into their first Bosun role

•The yacht is currently undergoing a yard period after the purchase by a new owner. The owner has no plans to use the yacht and they are gearing up for a charter season this Summer

• The plan will be to charter during this Summer season but an open mind and flexibility will be needed as they work around the yard works currently being completed. So far it’s looking positive for a busy and lucrative season. The yacht previously completed 8 weeks of charter last year

•You will be working with an excellent, dynamic team and with supportive officers who are happy to teach and pass down knowledge

•The role will include running the deck team on a daily bosun, overseeing maintenance work and liaising with contractors where needed during the yard period. During the Summer trips you will be heavily involved with operations, watersports and guest interaction. Good tender driving experience will be required

•The yacht will cruise the Med this Summer. Winter plans are TBC but likely to be in a Med based port for the Winter with the potential for plenty of down time and a good work/life balance

•On offer is a salary of 4000 Euros, 60 days leave, 1 flight per year even split of charter tips
