Position: Deck/Engineer and Stew/Cook couple for owner/operator's Bahamas trip

Location: South Florida (starting), Bahamas (trip)

Position Type: Temporary (3.5 weeks), Potential for permanent placement or future opportunites, boat may go into charter.

Overview:

An owner/operator is seeking a capable couple to join them for a 3.5-week trip in the Bahamas.

The couple will be responsible for both Deck/Engineer and Stew/Cook duties. The journey will commence in South Florida with a delivery Captain, heading to Compass Cay for a dock stay before continuing to Bakers Cay and then returning to Florida. The owners are laid-back, with three children, and prefer family-style meals, nothing fancy.

Responsibilities:

Deck/Engineer:

• Handle engine maintenance and troubleshooting as needed.

• Ensure the vessel's systems are in optimal condition throughout the trip.

Stew/Cook:

• Prepare and serve family-style meals and provisioning before leaving south Florida.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the interior areas.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in both Deck/Engineer and Stew/Cook roles on yachts preferred.

• Ability to work efficiently and collaboratively as a couple.

• Strong organizational and communication skills.
