Summary
Compass Rose Crew are recruiting for a Sous Chef with culinary training and 1+ years experience in yachting. The Sous will be working closely with the Head Chef so will need to be able to have good communication skills and follow direction well. This position will require the Sous to cook for the crew and also assist the Head Chef with guest food so someone who can multitask in a fast paced environment would be best suited. A great attitude and excellent references are essential. Due to cabins this position is only open to female sous chefs.
