Summary

We are looking for an experienced bosun close to obtaining the OOW ticket or already have it in hand(preferred)

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to step in to the Chief Officer position for 2-3 months in the first year, where this change in position will increase annually. We are willing to train and guide you as well as help wherever necessary.

We are looking for someone who is easy going with crew and guests to create a fun environment when we are both on and off trips. The schedule is well planned and structured with a great work/personal life balance.

You will need to be organized, detail orientated and have a good understanding of ISM. There is a excellent safety culture on board and we would like to maintain this and build on top of it.

More details can be given to shortlisted candidates, but salary is above industry standards with a bonus scheme in place as a reward for longevity

Having your dive instructor is a big plus
