 We are seeking a skilled Head Chef to join our team at a distinguished private estate in Shaftsbury for a temporary assignment spanning several weeks between June and July 2024.

Key Responsibilities:

-Crafting diverse and delectable meals, catering to the preferences of the estate\'s principals, guests, and staff.

-Showcasing versatility by preparing both simple, home-style dishes for daily meals and elaborate gourmet creations for special occasions and guest events.

-Kitchen set up, provisioning and clean down on departure

Qualifications:

-Proven experience as a chef, ideally within private estates, yachts, or luxury hospitality settings.

-A creative flair for menu planning and presentation, with an emphasis on quality and freshness.

-Ability to maintain a positive and enthusiastic attitude, enhancing the dining experience for all staff, owners and guests alike
