Burgess recruitment is currently seeking a Seasonal Head Chef for a 50m+ charter yacht
Requirements:
• Charter experience
• Mediterranean, American, Asian cuisine.
• Experience with the dietary requirements of vegetarians, vegans and gluten free menus
• Flexible and adaptive in skill sets
• Well organised and efficient work practices
• Will work alongside the talented crew chef.
Program: Charter, itinerary. Single season program based in the Med. Season begins 1st June and finishes the end of October.
Start date: 30th April 2024
Joining location: Genoa, Italy
Leave; All crew standard Burgess SEA 38 days leave
Salary: EUR 8000
