Location Florida-Med-Caribbean Cruising.
Responsibilities:
Oversee all aspects of the yacht's culinary operations, ensuring high standards of quality and creativity.
Plan, prepare, and execute diverse and exquisite meals for guests and crew.
Manage the provisioning, budgeting, and inventory of the galley.
Collaborate with other team members to create a seamless dining experience on board.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Head Chef on a yacht, preferably on vessels of 70m or larger.
Culinary degree or equivalent qualifications.
Strong organizational and leadership skills.
Ability to adapt to various dietary requirements and preferences.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
