Summary
We are looking for a strong crew chef/cook that is looking to learn from a great head chef and step up to sous chef or potentially even head chef rotational. Baking skills and knowledge of Mediterranean cuisine is essential, along with a true passion for cooking. This is a very busy program with a large number of guests to cater to on each charter, so we are looking for an energetic team member to join us. Due to the size of the crew and the number of charters booked this season, this role may be a multifunctional at times.
