This is a busy yacht with the owner being on a lot during the summer and with charters packed in between. The galley runs with a head chef and a sous chef/crew chef.
Must have proficency in Indian, Asian and Mediterranean cuisines.
The candidate to be professional and presentable.
Must have ships cook certificate, food hygiene level 2 and to be professionally cullinary trained.
