Excellent opportunity for a sous chef who is able to step in and cover for the Head chef when he is off shift.

Package: Salary in Euros. 176 days leave per year
Experience/attributes required:
Formal training from a culinary school
2+ years’ experience on 60m+ yacht or experience in remote land based restaurant
Must be able to be self-dependent during season (back to back with Head Chef)
Administrative skills - outlook/excel/word
Hard worker & massive team player
Personal hygiene & galley cleanliness a priority
Motivated individual
Organised and great time management
Good sense of humour

Qualifications required:
Ship's Cook Certificate
Food & hygiene level 2 minimum
STCW (fully updated) with PSA
Proficiency in Designated Security Duties
Seafarer's Medical Certificate valid for at least 6 months
Seafarer's Discharge Book
Covid vaccination card initial vaccinations and booster (client request)
Male candidates only due to cabin arrangements
Non-smokers/no visible tattoos
