Experienced Chef required for a Dual season Charter yacht (Caribbean-Mediterranean).
This role requires strong communication/presentation skills, the ability to thoroughly understand guest preferences, extensive food and nutrition knowledge, creative menu planning and an artistic flair.
The ideal candidate will have great client-facing experience and innovate approach to fine dining ( presenting meals, talking about the courses, etc).
There will be a mixture of plated and family style so need to be adaptable to anything.
