Summary
We are a 70+ m Yacht currently in Med, looking for a Crew Chef and to be under the Head Chef organisation.
The boat is prepering a charter season in remote places.
The Chef are expecting a minimum experience, as they don't want to stay behind the Crew Chef for basics things like sauce / chopping / cooking time / hygiena steps etc...
Also the galley is equipped with a lot of professional machines, we need someone respecting the equipments and eager to leearn how to use them properly.
The candidates must have a "willing to learn" attitude and respect of the Head Chefs as it is with the hierarchy in a Restaurant.
Onboard the ambiance is friendly as long all the rules are followed as it should be.
Must have all basic documents up to date (STW / ENG1..)
The offer is for the six month season with the possibility of permanent contract with 90days leave for the ideal candidate
