Summary

We are seeking a culinary trained Head Chef who will be responsible for the overall management of the galley department on a luxury 55m private yacht based in Monaco

The successful candidate for this position will have excellent references, experience provisioning in various regions of the world and a good understanding of maintaining a budget effectively.

The ideal candidate will be a qualified head chef with excellent land and yachting experience working for prestigious clients.

This role requires strong communication/presentation skills, the ability to thoroughly understand guest preferences, extensive food and nutrition knowledge, creative menu planning, an artistic flair and at least five years in the capacity of head chef.

Required Documents/Certificates: Ships cook certificate, ENG 1, STCW, ENG 1, fully vaccinated

Requirements for application: Min 5 years’ experience

Salary: 7500€

Leave: 4-5 months annual leave
