Position: Marina Manager - Italy
We are representing a prestigious marine company who run a collection of marinas Worldwide, looking for a Marina Manager to run a new marina in Italy.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement marina budgets and business plans.Ensure a unified and superior customer experience.Drive continuous operational improvement and meet performance objectives.Manage staff, conduct performance reviews, and foster a customer-centric culture.Maintain facilities to high standards and ensure compliance with regulations.Core Competencies:
Customer-oriented with strong management skills.Effective problem-solving and decision-making.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Proven ability to identify profitability opportunities.Strong organizational and multitasking skills.Qualifications:
