Marina Manager
Salary : EUR 3000 to EUR 4000 Per Month
The role of a marina manager is to ensure that the marina is fully operational and running smoothly. The marina manager has a team under him to whom he delegates the administrative tasks. Managers are responsible for the staff rotas to ensure that there are people available to serve as a point of contact for queries from captains/ owners/ management companies, producing invoices and arrange bookings. Managers have a good financial understanding and look for creative ways to make the marina as profitable as possible.
Qualifications, training and skills required
- Knowledge and experience in the marine industry

- Experience working on a superyacht
- Degree in Business or equivalent
