Chief Stewardess – 50m Private / Charter Motor Yacht

Our client is seeking an experienced Chief Stewardess to join a busy 50m new-build private/charter motor yacht currently in Europe.
This is an exciting opportunity to join the vessel in the early stages of her operational program, working with supportive US owners and an established crew. The yacht already has multiple charters confirmed for the upcoming Mediterranean season, so the successful candidate should be confident running a polished interior and leading from the front.
You will oversee an interior team of three, managing day-to-day operations, maintaining high service and housekeeping standards, and supporting crew development through training and mentorship.
We are specifically looking for an established Chief Stewardess with proven leadership experience on a similar-sized vessel. Strong wine and food knowledge, excellent organisation, and the ability to create a positive and professional interior culture are key.
