Summary
Seeking an experienced Chief Stewardess ready to transition into a land-based Villa Manager role - in Summer, a full time position managing an 18-bedroom villa in Mykonos, Greece. Winter would move into a rotational role (approx 6wks/6wks) to be Residence Manager and follow the principal guests around worldwide.
We are looking for a determined, positive stewardess with strong work ethic and team spirit.
Must have a strong knowledge of service etiquette, housekeeping standards, admin and logistics.
Contract
· Based in Mykonos, Greece until September, and then worldwide (Cairo, Dubai, New York etc)
· Permanent Seafarers Contract
· Start date March / April, flexible
· Salary: 6000 euros per month

· Flights and travel provided
Summer would be full-time based in Mykonos until September, consisting of:
- Lead and manage an interior team of 6 - incl. Chief Stew
- Oversee all guest service - mix of family, buffet & silver service
- Coordinate daily operations with Head Chef & Crew Chef
- You will be the main contact for Fleet Manager and Owner
- Manage guest logistics – liaise with pilots, drivers, arrivals/departures, packing/unpacking, restaurant bookings
- Oversee simple accounting & expense tracking for yourself and chefs
- Book accommodation for additional guest staff - hotel contacts provided
- Supervise running of separate crew villa (with Second Stew support)
- Supervise housekeeping and laundry (with Second Stew support)
- Wardrobe management for principal guests
- Manage / oversee the provisioning and guest requests throughout the season
- Initial set up of villa: cleaning, provisions, set-up of all interior spaces
It would then transition into a rotational role alongside the 2nd stew (likely a 6-week on, 6-week off rotation flexible). The winter role would consist of “Residence Manager”
· Travelling with primary guests from residence to residence. Including but not limited to: Cairo, Dubai, New York, Athens, etc.
· The role would be: service, housekeeping, packing & unpacking, head of house / managing staff at each location, restocking medicine & supplies, any other requests.
