Summary
Seeking an experienced Second Stewardess.
Summer would be full-time based in an 18-room private villa in Mykonos until September, going into a rotational position from then on alongside the Chief Stew as “Residence Manager”.
We’re looking for a determined, positive stewardess with strong work ethic and team spirit, who works well alongside an experienced Chief Stew and Chefs.
Must have a strong knowledge of service etiquette and housekeeping standards.
Contract
· Based in Mykonos, Greece (exact date TBC)
· Seasonal contract (S.E.A)
· 1st May – September 2026
· Salary: 4250euros per month
· Health insurance for the duration of contract
· Flights to and from the villa for the season provided – repatriation in Europe preferred
· 38 days holiday (no holiday to be taken during the season, and accumulated days will be paid out)
· Accommodation: in a crew villa
Role Overview
Summer, Mykonos season from May – September:
- Part of an interior team of 6
- Assisting the Chief Stewardess with guest service (mix of family, buffet & silver service)
- Assisting with housekeeping when necessary, especially for the owner including packing/unpacking alongside the Chief Stewardess
- Likely doing late shift
- Manage guest logistics when Chief Stewardess is on break (drivers, restaurant bookings, coordinating with chefs, any guest requests for food, drinks and misc, ensuring the villa continues running to high standards)
- Supervise running of separate crew villa, housekeeping and laundry
- Assist with provisioning and guest requests throughout the season
- Initial set up of villa: cleaning, provisions, set-up of all interior spaces
Winter, rotational position:
It would then transition into a rotational role alongside the chief stew (likely a 6-week on, 6-week off rotation flexible). The winter role would consist of “Residence Manager”
· Travelling with primary guests from residence to residence. Including but not limited to: Cairo, Dubai, New York, Athens, etc.
· The role would be: service, housekeeping, packing & unpacking, head of house / managing staff at each location, restocking medicine & supplies, any other requests.
