Chief Stewardess – Classic Private Yacht | Mediterranean. NO ROTATION
We are looking for a Chief Stewardess to join our long-standing private family program on a beautiful classic yacht cruising the Mediterranean and following the classic sailing regatta circuit.
This is a hands-on role within a close-knit crew of 7, so we are looking for someone down to earth, organised and proactive who enjoys leading by example and taking pride in a well-run interior.
The yacht has been with the family for many years and works closely with their villas and sailing yacht, so continuity and teamwork across the wider programme are important.
The owner spends around 80 days onboard during the summer, primarily during regattas and Mediterranean cruising.
Systems are already in place, but they are evolving—we're looking for someone who can help maintain and improve the interior systems and assist with developing the administrative side of the department over time.
Because we are a small crew, the right candidate will be versatile and happy to jump in where needed, whether supporting on deck or in the galley when required.
This role would suit someone who:
• Is a current Chief Stew or strong 2nd Stew ready to step up
• Is organised, calm and practical
• Enjoys working in a team-first environment
• Takes pride in keeping a beautiful classic yacht immaculate
