Paid Experienced Offshore Crew – Outremer 45 – Antigua to Azores (May)
Seeking experienced offshore crew / watch leader for a North Atlantic passage (~2,200 nm) from Antigua to the Azores aboard an Outremer 45.
Departure: Early May 2026
Crew: Family of four (2 adults, children 10 & 8). Owners are competent sailors who crossed with the Arc+ in Nov 2025.
Looking for a sailor with serious offshore experience, sea safety certificate, strong sail-handling skills (reefing, helming, trimming, sail changes) and mechanical troubleshooting skills (diesel, electrical). Note domestic duties are shared across the whole crew.
Expect variable North Atlantic spring conditions. Passage will be sailed with professional weather routing.
Pay: €200–300/day + food onboard + flight from Azores and potentially to the Caribbean
